Thanks to the internet, Skype and low cost long distance calling, coaching is no longer geographically restrictive and is affordable. Coaching packages - ranging from 10 minute quick calls, to half hour and hour long sessions, right up to having your own personal life coach on retainer - are now available.
Coaching packages are varied and tailored to your particular need and are guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with the result of each session, your money will be returned or your session repeated - your choice. Assessments and first consultations are free in order to tailor a coaching package that meets your specific goals, aspirations, and budget.

• 12 x 50-60 minute individual personalized sessions on a topic of your choice over a 3 or 6 month period
• unlimited between session communication by email
• up to12 quick calls
• crisis support if needed

Created especially for clients requiring only occasional coaching assistance, this package is generally 1-2 months in duration and is perfect for a different perspective and accountability on any given specific project or task. It includes the following:
• 2 x 50-60 minute individual personalized coaching sessions on a topic of your choice
• 4 in-between session email communications
• 4 quick calls (10 minutes in length)
• additional support materials, if required
